Painted Sky: Pothundy Dam

A morning view of the Pothundy Dam in the eastern side of Palakkad district, bordering the Nelliampathy hills beyond which lies the Tamil Nadu.

കോട മഞ്ഞു പുതയ്ക്കുന്ന  പ്രഭാതത്തിലെ ഒരു അപൂര്‍വ നിമിഷം....

നെല്ലിയാമ്പതിയിലെക്കുള്ള യാത്രയ്ക്കിടയിലുള്ള പോത്തുണ്ടി ഡാമില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള ദ്രിശ്യം....

The Journey of Life

For the onlookers this is a romantic landscape; for the people involved it is one of the painful drives across the Malampuzha reservoir which separates their hamlet from the mainland of Malampuzha, Palakkad.

ഇതൊരു യാത്രയാണ്‌......,,,വിനോദയത്രയല്ല, ജീവിതം മറുകര കടക്കാനുള്ള 

        ഒരു കുട്ടം പെടാപ്പാട്. പ്രകൃതിയും, ആകാശവും, ഒരു പോലെ ഇവരുടെ  സാഹസിക   യാത്രയ്ക്ക് സൗന്ദര്യമേകിയപ്പോള്‍ മലമ്പുഴയെന്ന ഈ കൊച്ചു ഗ്രാമം പോലും   നമ്മുടെ ഹൃദയം കവരുന്നു....
